Common questions
- Camera not working. Go to iPhone Settings → Octane → allow Camera access.
- Location not saving. Go to iPhone Settings → Octane → allow Location access.
- AI identification failed. Make sure you have an internet connection and the photo clearly shows the whole car.
- Wrong car identified. Open the car and use the pencil to rename it. The AI works at model level and can miss rare variants.
- Restore purchases. Go to the You tab → Restore purchases.
- Report or block a player. Open their profile → the ⋯ menu → Report or Block.
- Cancel subscription. iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Octane.
